Since my last update i have done a number of weird and wonderful things…I lost my beloved mobile phone!I am alarmed as to how much I relied on it!I have recently read that you can over use exclamation marks but in this case I may even be forced to use double exclamation marks!!Anyway it is somewhere out there, probably in the wrong hands,ie,not my hands. If you ever lose your phone, call your provider immediately and have a ban put on your number and then follow up with the lost property department at your central police department and then say a little prayer.I lost my phone in a cab on June 22 and was told today that i could pretty much give up on seeing it again( C.O.L.).I pride myself on taking care of stuff so this has come as a real blow to me.
I started a short course on digital photography last thursday evening which was going really good until the tutor asked the class to consult their instruction manuals to see how to adjust their ISO which would have been fine if I spoke spanish or even portugese, luckily the tutor has it all going on and was able to show me.Yah so another skill to optimize delivery of the flexi units.
I also learned how to copy resources from my blog to the wiki resource library which after i finish my update i plan to do a bit more searchin for appropriate resources onda net.
Leigh loaded another unit onto wiki educator for me,unit 1667,which is a unit i have taught to our full time students for the last seven years. This unit has some overlap with unit 4 and is on the list for flexible units for Natural Resources,Dunedin so I will work on it as well.
Sunshine ,Leigh and i have organized another video session, this time with Rod Mckenzie from Smith,Saw and Mower. We will meet on July 7(9ish-12ish)where we will video demonstrations of servicing small engines and some other stuff,I will add some more links in here tomorrow at risk of double handling further explanation.Ovah and out.
